✍️ Sales Tax:
We currently collect sales tax only for orders shipped within South Carolina. If you live elsewhere, your order total may not include sales tax. We comply with economic nexus laws and will update our tax collection as needed.

🛍️ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is included in the price of every item, so you’ll never be surprised at checkout. Every order ships free within the U.S.—no codes or special steps needed.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. As our little shop grows, we hope to expand and reach more of our friends around the world.

⏱️ How long will my order take to arrive?

Most items ship within 2–5 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days. Because our products are made to order and may come from different facilities, your items might arrive in separate packages.

🎁 Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We currently offer our “Bundle & Bless” discount:

Spend $40 or more and receive 10% off your entire order
No code needed—your discount will apply automatically at checkout.

This is a great way to save when you're grabbing gifts or pairing items together from our collections.

🔄 Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each item is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If something isn't right, please email us at HopeSpunCreations@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
